Deposit Policy

A deposit of 10,000 JPY is required to secure your appointment and initiate the design process. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo, and the amount will be deducted from your final payment on the day of the procedure.

Please note that the deposit is strictly non-refundable for any reason. We kindly ask for your full understanding before finalizing your booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to two times without forfeiting your deposit, provided that the request is made at least 3 days prior to your scheduled date.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 3 days of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future session.

• Cancellation Fee: While we do not charge a separate cancellation fee, we ask that you book only when your schedule is firm to help protect the artist's time and resources.

Design Policy

• Copyright & Preview: The deposit covers the design fee; however, to protect the artist's copyright, design drafts will not be sent digitally (via email/SNS) in advance. You may request the final design after the procedure is completed, but public disclosure or distribution online is strictly prohibited.

• Revisions: Minor adjustments can usually be made on the day of your appointment. However, if major revisions are required that cannot be handled on-site, the session may need to be rescheduled. In this case, a new deposit will be required.

• Advance Notice: Designs are typically finalized about 10 days before the scheduled appointment. If you wish to request specific changes or modifications to your concept, please contact us well before this period.

• Small Tattoos: For small and simple designs (estimated under 2 hours), a deposit may not be required as the design can be prepared on the day of the appointment.

Pricing 

Session Rates

• Minimum Charge: 10,000 JPY

• Hourly Rate: 20,000 JPY

• Half-Day Session (3 Hours): 55,000 JPY

• Full-Day Session (6–8 Hours): 90,000 JPY

How Our Pricing Works

​

Our standard rate is 20,000 JPY per hour. However, to make larger pieces more accessible, we apply a sliding scale for longer sessions:

• 1st & 2nd Hours: 20,000 JPY / hour

• 3rd & 4th Hours: 15,000 JPY / hour

• 5th Hour: 10,000 JPY / hour

• 6th to 8th Hours: Fixed at 90,000 JPY total (No additional charge)

 

Artist’s Recommendation: Because the hourly rate decreases as the session gets longer, I recommend booking a Full-Day Session for large-scale work rather than splitting it into multiple days. If you wish to get multiple tattoos in different areas on the same day, the total price will also be calculated based on this hourly system.

Important Notes

• No Extra Fees for Size/Color: There is no price difference based on size or color usage. However, please be aware that full-color pieces generally take longer to complete than black-and-grey work.

• Payment: Payment is settled on the day of the procedure based on the actual time spent. We accept Cash and Online Payments (Credit Cards).

• Commitment to Quality: I never rush to lower the price, nor do I intentionally extend the time. I dedicate exactly the amount of time necessary to produce the highest quality work possible for you.

Requirements & Precautions

​Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. We may request a valid photo ID for age verification if necessary.

• Booking Lead Time: Please contact us 1 to 2 months in advance for bookings. Please understand that we generally cannot accommodate urgent requests, such as for the next day or the following week.

• Physical Condition: We may not be able to proceed with the session if you have significant scarring or a sunburn in the tattoo area, or if you have consumed excessive alcohol the day before. Please arrive well-rested and ensure you have eaten a full meal before your session.

• Placement Considerations: For tattoos on areas that are difficult to conceal (such as the face, neck, or hands) or areas where ink retention is naturally poor (such as the fingers or feet), please consider your decision very carefully before making a request.

• Touch-up Policy: One free touch-up session is provided if requested within 3 months of the original procedure. For touch-ups requested after 3 months, a fee of 10,000 JPY per hour will apply.
